@OP META has a better severance package
Typical management (not union) severance is 2 weeks per year of service. Vacation payout obviously and medical for as long as your severance.
I cant remember if its a minimum of 2 weeks or 1 month severance.
The VSP (the first one) was 3 weeks per yeae of service and 100% bonus
