She owns the company. If you don’t like things at Fido, you could always go to Schwab, USAA, TIAA, JPM, or Ed Jones and realize too late how good you had it.

People think that because she stops by your table in Westlake, makes small talk, and remembers a name once or twice, that there’s some kind of connection there. There isn’t. It's all theater. I’m always amused watching people interact with her or defend her as if she’s some kind of pioneer who climbed the same ladder, faced the same risks and sat at her desk wondering if she was next in a layoff. She doesn’t care about you. You're not a part of the story. You are merely a line item. But hey, pizza parties, yoga rooms and ping pong tournaments. That should cover it.
