I have zero motivation Since the announcement to return to office. I did very little between then and now and it will be the same all next week. Anyone else?

my motivation went downhill around a year ago
been making arrangements for homelessness ever since
💯 we are here to collaborate and cross-functionally communicate, not to just perform daily tasks.
And if I'm not able to communicate and collaborate like that, well I guess I'm being paid to be on call. Always ready to perform but waiting on that opportunity.
Not the way I'd want it, but I'm not calling the shots...
