EMHC Huddle rooms

Do huddle rooms have cameras, and if so, do they also record audio?

@ct I like to waste hours sitting in restrooms watching ‘human performance’ videos on my personal phone, is that not allowed?

Any company has the right to record and store all conversations that you have on your company owned laptop, cell phone, iPad, and any other recording device. At the Houston campus, there are hidden video cameras everywhere with the exception of the restrooms.

Also, if you are using the ExxonMobil "free" wifi service for your personal cell phone or personal laptop, the company has the legal right to monitor the email and voice traffic on the "companies free wifi public domain service"

Remember your annual compliance training from LAW, "Never send an email, text message, or telephone call internally or externally" unless you want the entire world to read it someday.

What do you guys do in those rooms? Just as a reminder restrooms are located on each floor and La Quinta Inn is open 24/7

I doubt it; otherwise my looser manager wouldn’t be so casual about sharing other people’s rankings, conversations, personal or work issues in his 1:1s.

They have the ability and legal authority through the Patriot act to record anything you do with your company owned devices. All laptops, phones, tablets, etc. have AI listening to your conversations and flagging for keywords. Turn off all devices you bring home.

Yes, also bathrooms have audio recording devices. DW likes to know how long people spend taking a dump, heard he’s talking about giving out laxatives to speed things up

Seriously??
