Do your part and speak up without worry and being afraid of the boss. There is no growth in this company anyway. They take away the title do not sure how showing your value will help you.
Find another job. Toxic boss is gonna toxic boss no matter what. Take your talent elsewhere and you’ll thank me later…
Best thing is to keep your mouth shut. No need to give any ideas or show any value. Just do what the manager says. Nothing extra and nothing less. Company going to sink because of such issues anyway. If they really cared they would address such issues.
Boss is not bad overall but I hope he understands that people need to be given opportunity to show that they are bringing value too.
Any suggestions on how I can manage the Manager?
