@a1 Let's go with C.
Lots of people speculating that Lead positions will be almost non-existent and Managers will have huge teams. Any substantial information there?
@OP - What do you wanna learn about, pick ur topic:
A) Reorg/Layoffs, April 14 for Calgary/Woodlands + April 15 for Denver
B) Low morale (all over the board - calgary, Denver, the Woodlands, Permian)...
C) 100 roles tied to Anadarko... 200 or more across Calgary and Denvr... along with a BIG consolidation at mgmt levels.
D) Notifications may already be starting (for this you'd want to read other posts)
E) Some experienced/oder folks are bein cut... soooo, knowledge loss and productivity loss will happen...
F) US headcount will keep going down... more work will go to Canada...
G) We'll be using more contractors
H) More US assets sales
