Time for old Windstream and Kinetic managers to get the axe. Its already started but the last few surveys have been about managers only. Quite a few needs to go because they are clueless and when you try to actually help them they want to get defensive. Like im just trying to help you and work with you. Its coming. Cant wait until a few others get bounced. Few of the positions are pointless like staff managers that manage no one.

@kz Good. There have been way to many middle managers for years. They have had it to easy. They need to go. They need a taste of what they have done to so many other Techs thru the years. Treating them bad and all.
I would imagine Frontier managers will be in the same boat since they were acquired by Verizon. Just a bunch of middle managers with no where to go.
Won’t matter much longer anyway. More management will be gone with the next merger. T-Mobile will not care who your neighbor is.

@OP So then the mid level managers that get let go from here, does uniti wait until they find an opening at another company, say Frontier or maybe Mint, then install them there? Just like the Frontier execs were escorted into openings at Uniti.
