@gm ANSS stock alone was at same price as the combined, ANSS shareholders got cash for only 1/3 of the ANSS stock, ANSS employees/shareholders are in loss , we were also not offered ESPP during merger. employees on both sides lost money (and jobs) in this. I never understood the logic of this merger
Short term CEO - no vision, over price ANSYS acquisition - bottom half SNPS employees got penalized by his mistake. He may last another year or two max.
this is a terrible move.... hold it if you don't need the cash?

Now we see the same stock price as 3 years ago but the company is destroyed. Incredible job as CEO the stock hasn’t risen a single cent since he took hold.
