The Sr Directors are also lacking one of the two main key skills. 1) leadership 2) technical knowledge.
Only a handful around that can do both. Can't grow a company if u are just one.
Target is still 70K employees.
@OP IMO, his next step is to minimize on payouts for laidoff employees. Big number early, less to no bonus to pay out, same for stocks. If ur written up severance will be much lower.
We need more post it note inspiration to prevent this from happening. I just ordered a case of post its and am about to start my linkedin campaign to save us.
