@183 In some cases we have to meet Brinks anyway to let us into the ATM and/or they're already doing simple repairs and Atleos goes in when it's a more involved problem. So what you're describing has already basically been going on. Makes sense to consolidate it all into one.

Sounds like a great way to lose ATM uptime. Sorry the atm is down, gotta wait till Friday when replenishing for it to be repaired.
Hearing the north america ATM service delivery team will be restructured to accommodate the stronger Brinks north america service delivery team. The entire deal only makes sense to improve the synergy cost of delivering cash and atm parts to the same atm location

What departments were hit?
I can confirm the names for this layoff were picked in early February, well before the Brinks announcement. The stated reason is to cover a projected revenue shortfall of ~$8M.
@a4 - Word around campus is that approximately 15 were let go at GHQ and 300 company-wide.
This has nothing to do with Brinks, remember Atleos is operating as a completely separate company until 1st qtr 2027. It’s Atleos being Atleos
@OP - I was also let go, and probably the first one to get the boot from GHQ. I wasn't given a reason other than the standard "Corporate Restructuring". Word around campus is that approximately 15 from GHQ were let go, with 300 company wide being laid off.

So many holes are going to be exposed. So many relationships that will never be salvaged. So many arms within operational aspects are just gone.
@dd were the sales positions impacted Direct Sales or Channel Sales postions?

They laid off so many people from my team and expected me to absorb the work. I resigned on the spot. So much stuff is about to fall through the cracks. I’d love to be a fly on the wall for it.
