Hello - When does the company payout the separation payment as per the agreement signed on last day . its been 4 weeks and i have got nothing. I raised a ticket to inquire about timeline and nobody response. I send an email to AskHR and nobody responds

@dd HA! Good luck with that. Once IBM votes you off the island I do not care how great you got along with your manager they want NOTHING to do with as the army of IBM lawyers would crucify them.

@dd most of these managers (former) couldn't give a darn about you once you are separated from IBM. After all, what's in it for them ? They will promise you to give you a good reference if a potential employer calls (prior to you leaving), but in reality nothing will be done and calls or emails will not get returned. Been there, seen it happen. You have to fend for yourself once you leave the company. That's IBM and it current management under Alvind and LaMoreaux - no integrity particularly if you were a remote employee. Out of sight, out of mind as far as IBM is concerned.
@OP Have you contacted your (now former) manager directly?
E-mail better than phone call, but you can do both; also cc his/her own superior.
Include names of depts/websites, etc. you already contacted without response.
He/she should definitely investigate this for you.
@b8: This looks fishy. You are supposed to get the full compensation before the end of the month.
Also, You need to check if the medical coverage has been extended or discontinued. You should receive a notification about the health coverage status.
Remember, IBM is an incompetent, criminal entity. Don't wait. Document all your steps.
@b8 ...and if you think the failure of IBM to send the separation pay on time is a total mess, you should try getting a letter that you worked at IBM if you were a former employee and laid off in their corporate shuffles.
The URLs they provided on the separation documentation do NOT work and go nowhere. You have to Google to get the new URL to contact HR and they make it at difficult as possible; the HR people are as unhelpful as they can be. This is what Indian Business Machines HR has become under Alvind and his Pipmunks - INCOMPETENT and UNCARING. BUT they have the temerity to talk about "Respect For The Individual" ? One must guess that applies only to Band 10 employees and higher executives.

Did you receive a confirmation that you signed the separation agreement?
It might a boon for a lawyer.
IBM is incompetent.
