Cooling off period

Last day for me was 12/19/2025. Have an opportunity for recruiter firm for work with Frontier. Opinion on would the cooling off period apply to this situation. The work would have nothing to do with merger.

I was laid off in June, Cool off period was 1 year at the time but changed to 6 months during the summer. I am still not back despite assurances.

You can work as a contract mercenary doing remote OSP using Frontier's OSP tool FROGS over remote connection getting paid $18 to $22 1099. That was a job post 1 month ago!
