Just talked to my local president. Local 69420.
They/them said 69% raise at contract signing and then 10% increase every year. Also take home vehicles for all union techs. At ratification we each spin the wheel of fortune and we get stock value equal to multiplier on wheel.

Unfortunately it's the same usual BS 1% on top of the 3% we have already coming this year, and then 3.5, 3.25, and 3 in 2030 from what I'm hearing. Weekly healthcare increase about same as last extension ($8, 0, $8, 0 per year) so total of $16/wk increase by the end, which is fine in my opinion (raise covers that easily).

Unfortunately that's what would need to have same spending power we had 10 years ago. Iam looking for 20 plus or it is hard no for me. Never had hand been so strong
