Citi former employee here. There is an error on my W2, which prevents me from claiming local tax return. Anyone can give me a Citi phone number I can call to correct this? very much appreciated!

You can try asking your previous manager for his/her HR Business Partner's name which is on the Global Directory at the bottom of the webpage below his/her name.
If your manager is an AS$Hole and refuses to give it to you or does Not reply to you, try contacting your coworkers on their personal mobile numbers. Maybe they'll help you get the HR Business Partner's name.
