Somewhat new to this company, what do they mean by 35% bonus. Is this 35% of the normal budget for bonus? Forgive the d-mb question, not all familiar with this.

@OP It is 30%, and yes it means only that % was funded. So, if your normal bonus is at 10% of base, then 30% of that is just 3%…yes that’s right, but somehow we met our numbers and gained market share too.
