Biggest regret is not looking when I heard of reorganizations coming...I have been through many and it's been awful. Do not WAIT and stay if you know a reorg is coming....be proactive.

Look for a new job now! They dont care about us, only give the minimum amount of your time. Leave with dignity and integrity. This platform is truthful most of the time with active employees who are experiencing this toxicity across the org. Some that haven't been drinking the Kool Aid are posting legitimate info here.

Pretty much heard a variation on the story that batches of layoffs are coming continuously for most of 2026.

I stay in touch here, and personally, even though I am no longer at Optum(queue hallelujah chorus), so that I can be prepped to help good people still there if they get cut.

Before I was laid off a month ago the senior director told me it was going to be unfortunately be monthly throughout the entire year. Many areas will be get re-orged and more layoffs again after that as well. My opinion start looking sooner than later and try to find stability elsewhere. The job market is not great right now. I have over 50 applications out in 3 weeks and 1 interview.

@OP Hard to say the Calendar that leaked out specified certain dates but it looks like every day is layoff day.
