Do employees from companies that Optum has acquired receive RRP if salary grade is above a 26?

@OP it depends on if they have officially moved onto Optum Uhg payroll
HR and benefits. Once they do, which can take months to sometimes years after acquisition, then it aligns in the same way.
Not all teams participate in RRP. You should have been notified if you are eligible and up to what percentage of your annual pay you could potentially receive as a bonus.
If they are employees from Optum, yes. Contractors no.
