From my team, they're only keeping on two engineers and a tech lead. Word from up above is that they are being kept on only to start the offshoring process, and will likely be gone within the year.

The word on the Engineering side was this was a "one and done" event.
Every time I've heard that it's been the reverse.
Also it's highly unlikely given the high EBITDA targets
and the history of Thoma Bravo of pushing more and more offshore to Asia.
Smaller ongoing quarterly cuts are common in Thoma Bravo owned companies after the initial large pruning. We will see.
I was on the call. Last day is March 5th. Decisions were made by executive leaders. Hundreds axed and their direct leadership didn't know. All different roles and locations.
