Are any optum Insight people getting bonuses this current payroll?

It is required to pay out at least 60% of bonus if they were employed all of 2025 regardless of being RIF in 2026
I just delivered a review giving a report a %1 raise yesterday and then 20 minutes later he got a call from higher than me telling him he was let go. No one is safe.
I got my RRP info today, 1% increase with a bonus. Hopefully that means I’m safe 😬
@c4 what group with an Optum do you work for? Just wondering what areas are laying off. I haven’t heard any within our MPP group.
They laid me off today so it’s happening earlier than 2/19. I’m an optum health employee.
As a former employee laid off last year (last day was February 6th), you will receive your RRP bonus if you were to receive one. The kicker is that they can reduce the amount you receive.
@bk Not denying your experience but I know that not to be the case for other employees that have been RIF'ed in the past. Not sure why you'd assume that's true across the board
@bj RRP payouts in the USA will be on next Friday’s 2/27 paycheck. Search for RRP payout on sparq
Check your signed conpensation agreement from last year. If it states you need to be an active employee at the time of Bonus Distribution. Then its possible you will NOT recieve your bonus as it will be distributed in the pay period after your 2 weeks (March 13th payday).
As someone who was caught up in last years RIF at this time I can tell you from first hand experience you will NOT receive your bonus. "So-called leadership" will cook up some bullsh-t excuse that you didn't meet your performance goals, and downgrade you to a 2 making you ineligible (btw if you didn't have your review yet, this means you so be prepared).
@bb when are the bonus checks supposed to be issued?
No more bonuses for pay grade level 26 and under
@b7
Why are you lying? There are bonuses this year. This is not a rumor, I have comp notices in hand to give to me team. Bonuses are not huge this year but they definitely exist. Also, many 3s will not receive bonuses.
@OP Bonus? There are no bonuses this year. Lucky to get a 1% merit increase.
If RIFd after January 1 you are still eligible to receive RRP but suspect many times they will not give you one.
Normally, don’t they keep you for 2 weeks before you are out of the system?
No. You have to be an active employee to receive it.
