Nothing you do is good enough for some managers. They have to nitpick everything, completely missing the bigger picture. It's exhausting and demoralizing. How are we supposed to get anything done when we're constantly looking over our shoulders?

My manager is re--rded and easily distracted with a bag of nickels. How this individual is an ISM is concerning.
you must be part of services. Michael used to care but about 10 years ago he decided that his pockets were much more important than ours. I worked my butt off and i still got the boot. The good thing is that I sleep better at night without feeling i had a constant bullseye on my back.
ye this company is all about yesman noise makers who talk a lot, deliver ZERO working solutions. I bet you have I10s+ like that in your product/area.
@bk I did that and was reprimanded for not using "common sense" to recognize that I had a "special situation" My request for clarification was not answered. Literally impossible to win with the narcissistic sociopaths we have in charge.
Follow the proccesses as documented and do not deviate no matter what, any complaints point them towards the process.
@az Sounds just like how all of us in support have been treated since 2016
How to identify that you’re in a PIP without them saying you’re being placed on a PIP. Might be time to pack your bags. The company is looking to weed out the “weaker” individuals (notice how I put that in air quotes). If you’re not someone who talks about work and Dell’s corporate culture at your family’s Christmas gathering, someone who doesn’t bring in “cool ideas” to the VP but never acts on it, and someone who doesn’t CC their manager and your manager on every small thing, then you don’t belong at Dell. They need people who act like interns who blindly come in thinking they’re going to invent something that you would see from Ready Player One or Star Wars.
They manage to metrics. Just wait until 1 Dell way rolls out. Taking micro manage to a new level.
They’re garbage who would do anything for money. Don’t give them the time of day
@OP Time to start criticizing them. They don't do jack sh-t.
@OP It’s all about what deals your working on what will close and what’s the dollar amount. Nothing else matters, it will never be good enough. Never good feedback unless you close a big deal. No one cares if you drop dead they keep on going!
