Yes. I know at least 1 person who was impacted in employee relations.
I can think of a couple who knee capped my decisions without actually understanding the facts, all the had to do was scare the DM or DPR with some wording about ‘their recommendation’ is blah blah blah and we wound up keeping cr-ppy employees who AP later found stealing. I’m a a dinosaur in Ops and remember when we actually handled things with a group discussion and actual employee relations attorneys not these mo--n ER reps.
