@d8 I’m sorry you have an awful leader. Pretending to be a supervisor and taking an escalation is pretty awful, you’re lying to customers. Doesn’t surprise me with the current state of things.

@d2 you have no clue. Escalations go to the same people answering the call. They just say they are a supervisor. My TL hasn’t taken an escalation since 2014.
Escalations. Save money up front but then realize you need people for escalations because the front line is inept due to poor leadership, complex everything and poor training.
My TL does nothing but talk sh*t about EVERYONE!!
