If EJ wanted to improve their financial standing they would lay off lazy FAs and replace with people who were willing to work. So many of us are being laid off because of lazy FAs who drink the koolaid.
I’m east of St. Louis and can name many of them that never show up to work and “work from home” but their numbers are awful.

@k6 No class warfare. MP and ELT are public enemies #1 and #2 period.
This type of division is not what we need right now. We have bigger fish to fry and creating a HQ vs FA civil war is not going to fix the obvious elephant in the room. The MP and ELT are destroying this place in real time.
@OP , do you know how many FA we have? You're probably talking a low % of FA that may not work hard. They're our bread n butter for us. There's a lot of lazy HQ associates.

Even the highest performing fas make a fraction of what elt and the managing partner make. Yes it can be frustrating hearing about a guy who makes 2 mil gross comission spending his days golfing and complaining about home office workers "slacking off" but at the end of the day their experience is closer to ours.
When it comes down to us vs them, it is elt vs everyone else.
