The union rejected a first quarter EISP and said they want a contract before they lose any more members.

Union has no control over that. Don’t worry , union will still find another way to sc--w us.
@OP Force Adjustment Plan in contractual. Union does not have to agree on anything. Nice try though
Untrue- EIPPs are already in the contract and union does not have to agree to it being offered
Only interested in collecting dues, not supporting their membership.
