I am worried since many people posted that a few there and there were let go and no WARN Act notices.
I think this is the new norm unfortunately.

@OP in Tampa they laid off 48 people. They did it that way so they would not have to file a WARN notice. They don’t want the bad press.
No worries too much. There will be no major rif in Q1

Haha. This is NOT new. I've been at the firm for 10+ years and it's like clockwork every quarter.
