Does anyone know how long severance pay is? As a UM nurse we have hardly had any cases come through for all markets for over a month now. They said some members may be moved to the California team but they have not asked anyone to apply for CA license.

Anyone heard anything about the Washington market? When are the layoffs coming? It’s ki-ling me waiting to be laid off..
They offshored so much there are teams of prior auth nurses with very few cases to review. They only thing preventing them from offshoring them all is the employers have no offshoring written in their contracts/policies. Between offshoring AI and loss of policies. PA nurses are on shaky ground. They have destroyed this process in the 15 yrs I’ve been around.
@OP are you exempt/union as you’re an RN? If so, I’m not sure. Non exempt I believe it’s 1wk for each year of service.
It’s on Spark and based on tenure and grade level
