Whats everyone putting for theirs? Does learning how to use Grok to make deep fakes of our dear leaders count as AI training?

Naw ... Grok doesn't seem to count. It seems like they're only accepting Copilot use for obtaining your mandatory brownie points.
It’s how you know SD doesn’t know sh-t about AI. Zero specifics. Zero picture of what success looks like. All platitudes.
@OP I was about a quarter of the way into the capstone when they let me go. I had no realistic way to use AI Dojo at the role I was in at Optum, but now in my new job, it's been super handy, and will probably help me advance.
Not the best place to go for career advice. I would ask around the coffee machine in the kitchen. Or the stall in the bathroom if needed.
I took 50-60 hours of mandatory "AI Dojo" training at the end of 2025. "Leadership" couldn't explain how we were expected to use this wealth of knowledge. But they were sure it would make us more efficient. It doesn't matter now, though, because my position is being eliminated. This is how I will remember Optum: bent on training everyone on AI but clueless about how to use it.
I am hoping it is reason to go on the cut list if you don’t do it. That is going to be my next tactic. I seriously have no reason to use it.

Fair question - but why deepfake when reality serves our purpose just fine?
