An entire thread with one taboo word in it was erased! If you missedit, it was UNIONIZE!! The Japan office is but if we pi**ant Americans whisper it...OMG!! So, moral of the story? Big brother/ sister is watching and removing our right to free speech. Careful comrades.

If it was removed, it was likely by the site administrator, not the company. Though don't put past someone at the company contacted the site administrator and asked it be removed. Either way, the company knows there's discontent in the employee ranks. They shouldn't be shocked, especially since survey results haven't been released. Hmm.
As far as I know, there was no separate thread about unionizing, but the topic did come up under the ‘predictions for 2026’ thread. Chances are you saw that and just can’t find it now since it’s under a different title.
