Verizon Skill Forward (EDX/Udemy)

Anyone using EDX/UDEMY to "skill up"? What courses are you considering or have started already?

What’s the EDX? I know about UDMY but didn’t know about EDX.

These goofy courses won’t help your employability. They were just a “sounds cool” benefit added to your RIF package.

Never heard anything about the skill forward after the layoff announcement. I reached out to LinkedIn sales and got three months of premium which includes linked learning. Much lower rate when I mentioned the layoff. Courses are good esp when paired with your own follow up.

@OP I set both up and I’m looking into interior design. I’m on Udemy and started a course. On EdX I’m thinking about paying for the interior design course for a certificate. Just seeing if it’s something I would enjoy doing.
