B2B after the RIF has gone to sh-t. They made it so it will now push us out and make goals harder to obtain. We now have to retain our customers along with add new clients with semi new metrics. If you have a customer leave we now are punished for not managing that account an makes our goal so much harder . This is the end of the road. You will see r2b gone soon as well.

@OP what is your net activation bucket if you don’t mind me asking? Have you done a rough estimate of how many lines you need to hit a 1.0 in the activation bucket portion? I know in r2b you need an insane amount of phones/FWA now and there is no more Ecode multiplier. So those who were constantly getting a 1.3 or 1.5 ecode multiplier will 100% make less money on the new plan. They are trying to market to us reps that it’s good there is no more windfall and these are positive changes but honestly it’s because to hit over 300% will be near impossible going forward with the bucket being so high.

Are you suggesting that you actually have to sell something to the customer instead of demanding everything for FREEEEEE from VZ departments?
Cheaper to get plans online. Saving $100s with a prepaid plan with no upselling. World is a changing

Been in Vz for 40 years.. was Rif'd.
Was high end producer and left as Director.
Comp plans are budget programs in Vz.
The proof is back in 90's Sales Directors and VPs comp was based on sales targets.
Now they have Salary and use budgets to decide bonus.
Vz is on track to divest and be aquired.
No more cancel and add new lines to get accelerators.
