Fewer layoffs. Quietly forcing North America headcount out with 2s and support needed tags. they are pushing people out for “performance” without severance to save $$

The goal is to move as many jobs possible overseas.
@OP let’s actually get to 2026 before we start making people paranoid for the coming November.
