May is annual for notifications who are affected for wide spread RIFs. I am sure there are SLT / HR convos happening now to finalize the “list”

@ebj at the Augusta office there have been layoffs left and right, including directors, mangers, and regular staff. Very scary.

I work at the adp maitland office. We just heard there will be around a 20% in layoffs in the next few months.

Many departments around me have had their audits on team efficiency, managers are cracking down on the rto or at least reports are being made.. I think it would be a bad look at Christmas to do layoffs. May is usually the month adp likes to cut. But it would not shock me if margins continue to decline they do a hcr in February. With the next earnings call at the end of jan.
