No Company with any sense will buy this sinking ship!
Both lost their Presidents, Senior VP’s, VP’s etcetera. Also, the segment President (pro Tubo and Wellsite) took the package.
Both groups have been struggling.
Greengate next no leadership people still having 2 dinners. People sleeping at week ends I'm told lads in pump fitting like to sleep most off the day on a sat then wake up for dinner. No supervision checking on what people should be doing . Some one called Alan is having 2 dinners . Nothing gets said Barry walkers watches us like a hawk in machine shop . It's not looking good why do I have to clock jobs when other departments don't it's all wrong . Hope we can be saved.
@4pp what’s the history at Tubo and Wellsite. What type of management experience was lost?
I doubt the C Suite upstairs will offer retirement packages anytime soon. The sting from the loss of market knowledge and management experience to VERP 2023 still lingers.
HR told me Tubo and Wellsite got hit the hardest and the backup players have had a tough time filling the shoes of their predecessors.

@OP I’d rank it as high probability. Company has a history of facility closures and no real leadership direction. Until there is an upper management purge, the stock price will su-k.
