Me and some peers I talked to in wealth got no pay raises because of the pending changes and role clarification. I feel like they’re signaling a lay off by giving no raises. Got decent bonuses and shares though

No raises for scrum masters across the board. Waiting for the changes to happen. So not sure if mid year or when.
Above market raise of 6%.
Bonus of 100%.
Was told by manager that bonuses are way bigger than normal because we absorbed the money diverted from people not coming into the office.

Not in ET and just had a title change but I was a scrum master for the performance year and yes, I got a raise. A nice one, in fact.
I heard no raises for ET scrum masters from a few reliable sources.
