Everyone I know has been ignoring and works from home and nothing ever happens to them.
it's not individual decision...Entire SD/AD level and eveyrone under has ignored it. I just know just a few teams going to office as their AD believe in working in the office. However, there are so so many exceptions made over and over even in the team..lol....

@OP they will probably inform us of the RIF impacts to Offshore employees that occurred today. I doubt RTO 5 days standard. Too many outliers.
