Each teal leader is allotted dollars and each team leader is to divide it up accordingly…use to be based on performance ie meritocracy. Now who knows…big lips get $

Your ratings were decided for the most part in July.

More concrete discussion in September for final ratings to ensure the bell curve for SP 1/2/3 is right amd for any EP's to be discussed and justified or knocked down to an SP1

SP 1/2/3 all come with bonus percent bands. SP1 can be 100-120% (of the bonus % as per your grade) for example

All managers in a particular group go into a room to discuss the people reporting to them. Most managers at Fidelity only speak up/fight for their pets. That explains who gets the higher ratings and then who gets the better raises/bonuses/shares.

Fidelity likes to pretend reviews are merit based but there is no truth to it!

No, managers don’t get a set pool of money . When bonus % is decided the actual $$ isn’t available . It auto-populated based on your performance, and managers can influence/change it only if very strong case.
