Hey, I see a lot of posts about 12/20, which is what my AD advised, but paperwork says 12/19. It is not clear if I will receive STI or Stock Together. Can anyone advise in this scenario?

OP you will get your full 2025 STI at 100% and Stock Together awards for 2025. You will not get anything for 2026.
If someone is on the payroll in 2026 they will get a pro-rated STI for 2026 at 75%.
@OP Its very clear. If not sure the place to ask would be HR or read your paperwork again
They paperwork says that if you are on payroll on December 1st then you qualify for the for the STI payout for 2025
