@w3 Several already laid off in our area - early notifications went out and managers have been notified they need to remove more. Same with production. I'm in one of the head offices.
Hiring more sales headcount & stock is down 20% for the year? Nice try. That’s not The Ricoh Way. In fact quite the opposite.
Prob will eventually fire ppl as they always do but this has not happened
@OP This is absolutely NOT TRUE. AT ALL.
Ricoh is in a constant state of firing (when they don't meet their targets) and hiring (when they realize they've cut too much), meanwhile, people's lives are constantly disrupted (except for the same old untouchables).

This is not true. So funny how this is being circulated but not a fact AT ALL. In fact they are actually hiring reps quite the opposite
