has anyone been able to access the severance portal yet? Every time I try to follow the login instructions, it tells me i entered the wrong username and/or PW and won't let me get any further

@ad My understanding is your vacation balance will be paid out the next normal paycheck after your off payroll date and the severance is above an beyond your vacation time payout and will be another payroll period after vacation is paid out at the earliest.
What is the actual portal website address? I know I was likely laid off as I got a meeting with a person three levels higher than me on Thursday but was canceled because I am on FMLA. It would be nice to check the portal so I know for sure rather than waiting for a month when I get back.
For anyone that is saying they have been able to access the docs regarding the severance. Mine clearly states at the top highlighted in blue that the severance documents will be available (4) days after once the notice is given. So for anyone who gets logged in but doesn’t have access this could be why. I was notified Yesterday so I’m assuming 4 days would make them available Monday the 24th. Hope this helps anyone and peace be with all of you in the hard time we are facing.
Did you already get the link to make a password? If you did, then you have to use your signon (v code) then your last name and then the 3rd box is your new password you created. That was happening to me until I figured out that was the issue. Hope that helps.

idk if this will help anyone but this is how I got in. Lets say my name is john smith and i was born in 1980.
my windows user ID that worked was my usual login one, which would be smithjo in this scenario.
The name box was Smith
and my password was smithjo1980 (no caps)

VZ should outsource support to this forum.
It requires you're VZ ID (it actually starts with a V and has 6 or 7 numbers). If you're using the one that resembles your name, that may not be the right ID
What is the package is it 2 weeks every year or 3 weeks?

I was able to get in, i did no caps, my VZWIN+DOB.
I don't understand the compensation breakdown though. Are they nto paying out vacation days?

@a9 what did you do in terms of capitalization? First letter? All caps? No caps?

Read the instructions. I couldn’t get in until I read the instructions and found out what the password is to get I
Still not working after 1pm
Waited til after 1. Still can’t get on. The instruction guide says to use your “default password” which is your employee id+the year you were born. No info on capitalization though so who knows.
This why you got canned cause you cant follow simple directions
@a4 ah see my manager said BY 1pm so i assumed that was the "at the latest" time and not the "at the earliest" time
