Threatening 2 more years of layoffs is a great way to get employees to check out. Why bother working hard when there's a good chance you'll be kicked to the curb anyway?

It's hard to imagine what happens to team morale and productivity if this drags out like some forever layoff plan through 2027 per that SEC filing. Having that cloud hanging over everyone just makes things heavier. The stock’s taken a historic dive, and the merger still has to show any real market synergy. on top of that, a top sales exec departure right when chasing AI partnership and then multiple law firms piling on with class-action suits; it’s basically the definition of trying to steer through stormy waters now.
