Definitely, get the Intel Lottery ticket and say goodbye to this cr-ppy environment. I know a few that are just living it after they got there lottery ticket.

None of these layoffs are based on performance based that itself should scare you.
Senior and outperforming techs were the ones who got cut most. It's truly a blessing in disguise to get the package. January will be a bloodbath.

Next year's layoffs will be performance based and won't even have a severance package.
Pretty sure everyone this round has already been notified (at least that is the case in RA).
