Does anyone know what the targets were for this round and what they will be for future rounds?
Do we expect more groups to be cut more or wait for RTO Phase 2 happens also to see who leaves then

Execs were given a target of 30% to cut from the salary budget. I was one of four let go from my team and based on rough calculations this would align.
Predicting the future hasn't exhausted you yet? update the resume and start taking interviews IF you can get one in this economy.
@OP So we have another same reason to complaint about?
