Does anyone have the pay ranges for the different grades?

@OP depends on performance and your compa-ratio (your base salary relative to the range of your pay grade). if you’re in the middle of your pay grade and middle-box performance, you may get 3-4% yearly raises. top right box performance could get you 7-8% yearly raises based on director discretion. speaking from personal experience.
5-7 year engineers are likely grade 11-12 making between 130k-150k base with 12-15% target bonus (but bonuses are usually notably higher than target at 16-23% depending on performance)
