Reorg coming this week is what we are hearing especially in San Diego

@OP well they just announced promotions (Chief Client Success Officer, Wealth Officer, Growth Officer)....they have to pay for it somehow. Plus the Commonwealth 90% retention is looking a little gloomy and this is just how they run their business.
