Anyone hear anything about FI? Service Teams are beyond overwhelmed, long processing timeframes, errors, no additional headcount, forcing changes to each role that negatively impact associates. Some 8’s admitting people are getting destroyed everyday. It’s so unhealthy and depressing.
Morale of the story, no one has any idea what anyone is doing or why, we’re just miserable
Roger had ~20k associates under him, who was also a "my way or highway" kind of person and believed in hard RTO guidelines, colocation.
Bob already has ~24k associates under him, and some reputation of acting like "do you know who I am"
If law of averages is to be believed, I won't be surprised if by Q1 2026 there are some serious cuts.
