This quote angers me so much:

It shows arrogance and lack of empathy of the CFO. These cuts mean so much to everyone affected by them. And even to those not directly affected. It affects the community of SAP immensely.

Whar an insensitive comment. He should be quite ashamed of himself. People are clearly just a number to him. Very sad that SAP has hired such people as “leaders.” Delivering a growth which is not even meeting inflation and fall to say such things !!
Then the entire euro centric, nepotism led, condescending “leadership” team are the cavities that need to get pulled.

The only repercussion he will have is an increase in his bonus this year compared to last year.
Unfortunately, none is holding him accountable, like with every other dirty tricks, lack of transparency and disrespect for employees demonstrated regularly in the last two years...and with all the "carpets" around never missing an occasion to share how inspired they are by our CEO and CFO l am sure the upcoming unfiltered will paint a "made up" nice picture again.
