@OP that's what happens when you outsource your infrastructure ( EUS, Developers, etc ) u get rid of ppl who cared for ppl who don't. Yes, the ppl who cared made money, but they were there 24/7, took ownership, and knew about the inner workings. Now it's just a paycheck and close tickets quickly.
That's the problem with contracting everyone. They have no stake in good service, only numbers. They are paid based on volume, not based on quality. This incentives creating repeat problems versus one call resolution. I called about FiOS a year ago and was transferred back and forth four times for a simple question.
