@OP people already stretched thin. They can’t do another round.
All about margins. Leadership needs to stuff their pockets with millions for all the hard work they do. Takes a lot to lead and make continuously make bad business decisions. Don’t expect any transparency either. Had a VP say everything was great in a meeting right before layoffs happened.
