I’ve never actually respected anyone I worked with. If you want a decade of stagnation and headaches, sure, stay. Otherwise just run now while you can.

@be Clients hate it, having been one. It's rammed down their business plans as well so they make su-k up their billions, pushing the talentless and endless hours of rework on to the western staff, who then get replaced. This is most likely a big fat ploy to distract from all the jobs AI will supposedly take.
@OP So true. Leaving a great job and future to go there to WFH was the biggest mistake I ever made in my life. The leadership is terrible, the grind is the one of the worst I ever experienced, and mostly you have vanilla executives stepping on the backs of the more talented, holding them down, burning through the lives of others - Boomers hanging on with their fangs, su-king the life out of the world really. Terrible place. Leaving was the best thing I finally ever did and should have done it sooner. For those hanging on even in a tough market, there is a much better life out there. Seize it while you still can.
@OP -- I think Trump heard you so H1 Fee of 100 K per year
Political Garbage and extreme arrogance is the culture across the board. before the ship sinks please jump out and escape, already the smoke of the restructuring started. Many in the leadership positions are disappearing in the outlook. Restructuring campign started successfully
