They (EXXONMOBIL) are currently weeding out all of the Pioneer Natural Resources company employees to make room for consultants. They like having the ability to cuss people out, hire them, fire them at will!
ExxonMobil’s stock will never go up because no one actually knows who runs the company. It’s a completely unorganized Circus!
It’s like working for a Large, Empty, Mall with nobody in the building.

Yes. And if a supervisor fires someone mid year for not performing they still have to PIP someone when the annual assessment comes around.
